Every structure is engineered for the Queensland and Northern NSW climate — wind rated to N3 (higher ratings available), designed to meet NCC requirements for Class 1a dwellings, and built with COLORBOND® roofing and cladding that performs in heat, humidity and coastal conditions.

Every project begins with a conversation. Our team works with you to understand your property, your lifestyle and what you want to achieve. We discuss building size and layout, intended use, site access and budget — then shape the right solution.

Once the concept is confirmed, we prepare your design and documentation — floor plans, elevations, structural engineering drawings and council-ready documentation. For kit homes, designs are engineered to NCC Class 1a requirements from the outset.

Your structure is prepared for manufacture entirely in-house. Engineered to Australian standards, manufactured using high-quality BlueScope® steel components, and supplied with your engineering certificate (Form 15) where required.

Choose your build pathway. Supply Only: your complete kit delivered to site, labelled and ready to assemble. Supply & Install: our team installs the structural shell to lock-up stage — weathertight, secure and ready for internal completion.

Once the structure is complete, the internal fit-out begins — electrical, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and painting. This stage lets you customise your home to suit your lifestyle and budget. We can recommend local contractors for all trades.
